On May 10, China’s Ministry of Commerce confirmed that tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods imported to the United States will be adjusted from 10% to 25%.The tariff covers almost all types of tires.

However, the chairman of a large tyre company in guangrao, shandong province, believes that the impact on Chinese tyre exports has been gradually absorbed by the company.

Previous rounds of “double reverse” in the United States have excluded Chinese tires.Since then, tariffs have been imposed, with little impact on the industry.

“Only the additional duties imposed by the two sides can no longer be sold.

At the same time, Chinese tire enterprises actively layout overseas base, and develop new markets.

The state has also introduced supporting policies to increase export tax rebates.

It is reported that the above tire manufacturers export business this year, maintain a good momentum of growth.
