The tire anti-dumping case against four places in Asia originated in May 2020.

At the time, the United Steelworkers union (USW) petitioned the U.S. government to investigate.

Over the past few years, passenger and light truck tires imported from those regions have cost significantly less than American-made tires, according to the survey.

After several rounds of games, the US side still believes that these imported tires will harm the local industry.

In May, the US Department of Commerce issued a final ruling upholding anti-dumping duties in the four regions.

It is reported that the ITC will release its final damages ruling on July 7.

A tax order related to the case will be issued a week after the outcome.
