THE RU’S ANTI-DUMPING RULING ON STEEL WHEELS FROM CHINA
The European Union has decided to impose anti-dumping duties on all wheel products imported from China.
Including 19 Chinese wheel enterprises, received the anti-dumping duty rate of 50.3%.
For other relevant wheel enterprises, the anti-dumping duty rate is 66.4%.
It is reported that the products involved this time, EU CN code ex 870870 10, EX 87087099 and EX 87169090.
TARIC codes are 8708701080, 8708701085, 8708709920, 8708709980, 8716 909095 and 8716909097.
The period of the dumping and injury investigation in this case is 1 January 2018 solstice December 31 2018;The damage analysis period shall commence on 1 January 2015 and continue until the end of the dumping and injury investigation period.
On 3 January 2019, the European Wheel Manufacturers’ Association applied to the European Commission for the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against steel wheels originating in China.
On October 10 last year, the European Commission issued a notice to the case to make a positive preliminary determination of anti-dumping.
