ITALY WINTER TYRES
Von 15 November 2018, Alle Autos in Italien müssen ihre Winterreifen wechseln.
Nach dem italienischen Straßengesetz, Alle Autos und schweren Fahrzeuge müssen über rutschfeste Winterreifen oder Schutzketten verfügen, die für das Fahren auf Schnee geeignet sind (Eis) während 15 Novembersonnenwende und 30 April 2019.
Winterreifen sind mit bedruckt “M+S”, oder “MS”, “MS”, “MS” und “M&S” zu Überprüfungszwecken.
M und S kommen aus dem Englischen, wobei M für Schlamm und S für Schnee steht.
According to the rules, if Italian traffic police find that a car has not changed its winter tyres or anti-skid chains, the owner will be fined.
There are two types of fines.
If the vehicle was travelling on a city road, the fine would be between 41 und 168 Euro.
If the vehicle is on a motorway or on a road outside the city, the fine will be between 84 euros and 335 Euro.
In Ergänzung, for drivers who violate the rules, they are not allowed to drive a car without an anti-skid device.
If he does it again, the driver will be fined 84 euros and three points will be deducted.
