INTERNATIONAL TIRES CERTIFICATION

The quality and environmental protection certification of the tire is the proof of the quality of the tire.It is also a mandatory certification to enter the markets of different countries and regions

Below are the international quality and environmental certifications for our tires:

ISO, CCC(CHINA), DOT(USA),ECE ,EU LABELING ( EUROPE) ,RUSSIA (EAC ),INMETRO(BRAZIL), NOM(MEXICO), CNAS, CHAS,BIS(INDIA) ,SONCAP(NIGERIA),SABS(SOUTHAFRICA) SNI(INDONESIA) ,GSO(MIDDLE EAST),SASO(SAUDI ARABIA).

INTERNATIONAL TIRES CERTIFICATION

 

1.China CCC Compulsory Certification:

CCC TIRE CERTIFICATION

China mandatory product certification referred to as CCC certification or 3C certification. Is a statutory mandatory safety certification system, is also widely used in the world to protect the rights and interests of consumers, to safeguard the safety of personal and property of consumers basic practices. The products of CCC compulsory certification for tires must meet GB9744-2007GB9743-2007 and the Implementation Rules of Compulsory Certification. The certification in “series” for certification units, such as 50 series sedan radial tire tires, etc. The certificate is valid for 5 years. The certification mark takes the factory as the unit, namely a factory a certification number. According to the newly issued CCC product mandatory certification implementation rules, to meet the requirements of CCC certification products in the engraying must meet: distinguish between the inside and outside of the tire certification logo should be engraved on the outside at least.

 

2.U.S. DOT Compulsory Certification:

DOT TIRE CERTIFICATION

“DOT” indicates that the tire meets safety standards set by the U.S. Department ofTransportation (DOT). The 11 digits and letters immediately after “DOT” indicate the tire identification number or serial number. DOT is classified into three levels, A\B\C, of which C is the lowest standard and meets only the minimum performance conditions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). The other two levels are above the DOT requirements.

E-MARK TIRE CARTIFICATION

United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Motor Vehicle Regulation (E.C.E), E symbol is derived from the Economic Commission of Europe (ECE) issued by the Regulation (Regulation). At present, ECE includes 54 countries in Europe. In addition to the EU members, ECE also includes non-EU countries such as Eastern Europe and Southern Europe. ECE regulations are recommended for membership and are not mandatory standards. Member States can apply ECE regulations or extend national regulations. The certification to the specification as a unit, divided into specifications, speed level, load, structure, tire category, each specification a certification number, required to carry out high-speed and outer edge of the test, to meet the regulations for ECER30 and ECER54. The certificate is valid forever.

 

4. EAC

EAC TIRE CARTIFICATION

EAC certification is based on the customs union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan to develop uniform standards and requirements to ensure product safety, is to prove that the product conforms to the technical regulations of the customs union, also known as the customs union CU-TR certification, applicable to Russia and other CIS countries.

 

5.BIS India Certification:

BIS TIRE CERTIFICATION

To audit the factory and make the specification as the unit of certification. The certificate is valid forever.

 

6.SABS (South Africa) Certification:

SABS TIRE CERTIFICATION

 

South Africa from January 1, 1996 began to implement tire certification, all exports to South Africa tires must pass mandatory certification, obtained after the SABS certification can be exported. The cost of tire SABS certification in South Africa is composed of approval fee, certificate fee and certification service fee if the product itself has E-mark certificate. If you don’t have an e-mark certificate. Then, the certification fee out of the above three also consists mainly of a test fee. If the product already has the e-mark certificate, it will be approved by NRCS in South Africa, and it will take about 3 months to obtain the certificate. If the product does not have an e-mark certificate, then the testing cycle needs to be considered. According to the national regulations of South Africa, the manufacturer/enterprise must have an agent in South Africa, and the agent should declare that he/she is responsible for all the data information and after-sales and other matters. The certificate will be valid for three years unless cancelled for other reasons.

 

7.INMETRO (Brazil) Certification:

INMETRO TIRE CERTIFICATION

According to the regulations of the Brazilian government, all products that meet the Brazilian standards and other technical requirements must bear the mandatory INMETRO logo and the logo of a third party organization recognized by the national institute of measurement standards and industrial quality (INMETRO) before entering the Brazilian market. And every year the Brazilian Ministry of Transport will send people to the factory for annual inspection.

The certification units are grouped by Family: speed class, tire type, aspect ratio, section width, reinforcement, and ultimately all Family groups are included in one certificate. The certificate is valid for one year and is subject to an annual factory audit. The certification mark takes the factory as the unit, namely a factory one number. There is no special requirement for die engraving, just engraving on either side of the tire.

 

8.NOM Mexico 

NOM TIRE CARTIFICATION

Mexico only recognizes its own NOM safety mark (as shown in the “NOM certification mark”), and the United States and Canada safety mark (such as CUL, ETL, CSA) are not recognized by the government. Products requiring mandatory certification may enter the Mexican market only if they bear the NOM safety mark.

 

9.Argentina CHAS:

Resolution 25/2007 of 17 August issued by the Argentine Ministry of Economy, Production, Trade, Industry and Small and Mediumsized Enterprises (SME) provides that new tyres, domestic or imported, which are included in the MERCOS common tariff codes NCM4011.10.00, 4011.20.10 and 4011.20.90, are sold exclusively in the auto parts market, Security components and/or accessories can only be sold in the domestic market after obtaining certificates of approval (CHAS). The resolution also sets out the necessary procedures and requirements for obtaining certificates of approval for safety accessories and components (CHAS)

 

10.Uruguay LATU certification

Every year, Uruguayan auditors will come to the factory for annual audit and have LATU certificate. When exporting, it is not necessary to apply for import license again. The tire side should be marked with DOT number

GCC stands for Gulf Cooperation Council, or GCC. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) was established in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on May 25, 1981. Its member states are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain and Yemen.

In accordance with the decision taken by the GCC Standards Organization (GSO) at the Kuwait Ministerial Conference on 12 October 2004, effective 1 January 2005, the GSO will conduct inspection and issue GCC certification of motor vehicles and tyre products in accordance with the relevant Gulf standards. Approved GCC Certificates will be valid in all GCC member countries.

 

13.SASO(Saudi) Certification:

SASO(Saudi) Tire Certification:

Tire application for SASO requires submitting GCC certificate and report or test report, packing list, invoice, application form, etc. issued by relevant laboratory. The cost of applying for SASO certification for tires will be calculated according to the FOB value. If the manufacturer has submitted complete documents and obtained the GCC certificate (note: within the validity period), it will generally obtain the SASO clearance certificate about 10-15 working days after inspection. The SASO certification is valid once, each shipment needs to apply for the SASO certificate.

 

14.SNI Indonesia Certification:

SNI Indonesia Tire Certification:

Certify and issue certificates according to “specifications”. Conduct factory audit.
